Baby Shower Attire Featuring Pink Blush Maternity

Photography: Lindsay Teter

Cardigan: c/o Pink Blush Maternity
Sandals: Target // Similar

I've been looking for a cute outfit that would be fitting for a baby shower and I came across some really pretty dresses and items from Pink Blush Maternity that were perfect! I love this floral dress! It is a little more of a neon pink in real life but the pop of color is perfect for spring. I am also a fan of the chiffon fabric because I like the way it hangs and is more flowy than fitted on me and since I'm all about the layers, I obviously had to pair this dress with the long maternity cardigan. It's light enough to keep me warm on the cool spring days we've been having but also cool enough if it gets warmer.

Everything is getting so real and we are so excited to meet our little guy! We are so grateful for all of the support we have received from family and friends and from you guys! It has already been such a fun time and we haven't even gotten to the best part yet!

Casual Days Featuring Salt & Birch

Top: J.Crew
Shoes: Target
Watch: Arvo
Necklace: c/o Salt & Birch
Arrow Bracelet: c/o Salt & Birch
Knot Bracelet: c/o Salt & Birch

Well hello there!! Sorry I've been a bit MIA. I got a cold last week and I was stuck on the couch for a good two days coughing up my lungs. All is good now, and I'm getting back into my normal routine again of actually getting ready for the day and taking my dog on her daily walks.

Today I'm featuring some pieces from Salt & Birch! Salt & Birch is a new online boutique that just launched. They're offering our readers 10% off with the code arrowsandapricots. I love the daintiness of the arrowed necklace and the fun stackable options of the knot bracelet and the arrow bracelet.

Also, how great are these white Birk knockoffs?!?! I scored them at Target and my feet have never been happier. I think they look just like Birks and they're definitely a fraction of the cost of the real ones.

I hope you guys have a great rest of your week! xox

Happy Tuesday!

Good news everyone! It's already Tuesday! I hope you all had a great Memorial Day weekend! Ours was filled with lots of work on our house but I am happy to say that I can see a tiny little light at the end of this very long remodel tunnel. It's been rough living in a construction zone and having to adjust our routines to fit that but it will be worth it in the end.

More good news, today marks my 30th week of pregnancy! So exciting! I'm constantly feeling movement from my little guy now and I can definitely tell he is getting big (around the size of a head of cabbage big!). I will miss that feeling of movement once he arrives for sure. I've been staying comfortable in my cardigans and tees lately. It's definitely my go-to outfit. I found this dolman cardigan on one of the daily boutique websites a few months ago but I've linked a similar one above. The basic tee I'm wearing is seriously my favorite, most comfortable tee I've ever owned. It started out as a loose fitting tee on me which I love but now it's just stretching along with my belly and it hasn't actually stretched out or become misshapen so I am pretty confident I'll still be able to wear it post pregnancy which has been a goal of mine for new items I've bought during pregnancy. You need one of these tees. Maybe even two or three. I'm obsessed with them.

Hope you have a great day!

Pink Gingham Featuring Mindy Mae's Market

Shoes: Tory Burch
Purse: Coach (old) similar
Watch: Fossil

Here we are...it's already Tuesday. Guys-time is FLYING by, and not going to lie-I'm kind of excited about it. My husband and I are training for a half marathon that we will be running in honor of his Uncle Brad who passed away a few months ago. I'm getting really anxious to run it, and my body is pretty much hating me every step of the way. In a good way though. I'm really sore and tired all of the time, but it's a good feeling. And it's definitely a feeling of accomplishment. Once that race is over, I'll probably be training for the next half marathon because it becomes addicting, and I love being able to buy new work out clothes.

Speaking of new clothes....how cute is this pink gingham? Mindy Mae's Market does it again! They actually just released 3 new colors-and I have a feeling that I need all of them. I love that I can wear this top in layers! It's nice and light weight, so I'll be able to wear it all summer too.

Do you guys have anything fun planned this week? I still need to watch The Bachelorette, so I'm trying to stay clear of social media. But let's be honest...by about the 3rd week I have already read all of the spoilers. #GuiltyPleasure

Spring Fashion Trends Featuring Rack Room Shoes

Photos: Lindsay Teter

Jeans: American Eagle // Similar
Wedges: c/o Rack Room Shoes
Purse: Michael Kors
Bracelets: Alex and Ani

Happy Monday everyone!

Spring is here, although it might not seem that way with all the rain we've been getting lately, but we need it so no complaints! With the warmer weather comes all of the new spring fashion and footwear trends and one of my favorites this season are wedges! I'm not the only one who thinks that either! Rack Room Shoes fashion experts have identified wedges as a 2015 spring trend. This makes me so happy because I love wearing heels but I won't lie, they kill my feet and I can't walk very well in them but wedges are so much easier for me and so much more comfortable! I even feel comfortable wearing them when pregnant! Plus Rack Room Shoes is known for it's everyday "Buy One Get One 50% Off" promotion on all styles and top brands so you can get yourself some new wedges this spring and get someone else in your family a pair too! Or just yourself, I won't tell anyone.

I especially love my Limelight Zena wedges because they have so much texture to them. I love when different textures are mixed, it almost effortlessly adds so much more to an outfit. Plus it makes it easy to dress these wedges up or dress them down. I can't wait to see what other outfits I can pair these wedges with!

I hope you have a good day!

Keeping Cool and Comfortable

Cardigan: Here
Tee: Here
Jeans: Here
Shoes: Similar Here
Necklace: Other options Here
Bracelets: Here

The weather around here lately has been pretty typical for a Utah spring, nice and sunny one day, pouring rain (sometimes snow) the next. The last few days have been nice but now we're in for another rainy weekend. Always perfect timing to get yard work done, right?

The rainy days always remind me of fall and make me want to cuddle up and watch movies all day but since those days usually fall on my only free time I really have to take advantage of it and get stuff done. To keep myself comfortable in the ever changing weather I like to pair a cardigan over my basic tee and keep it a little springy with my white maternity jeans(that I looove). It's warm enough for the cooler days and I can easily remove the cardigan if it heats up half way through the day.

I like wearing layers lately because I do tend to get a little warmer with this little heater in my belly so I try to keep my outfits comfortable yet versatile so if I need to adjust while on the go, I can and I don't have to go home and change my entire outfit.

I hope you have a great Thursday! Yay for it almost being the weekend!

The Perfect Day Dress and Accessories

Photos: Lindsay Teter
Dress: c/o Shabby Apple
Backpack: c/o Jane
Headband: c/o Notes & Knots

Happy Hump Day!!! I can't believe it's already Wednesday. Where has the time gone this week?! Riley and I have some fun plans this weekend, and I'm excited to wear this outfit! We are going out to eat to celebrate his mom's birthday and mother's day since we were spending most of our day at the airport on Sunday. This Shabby Apple dress has become my favorite weekend staples. I can run errands in it, and still dress it up for a little date night out. It's so comfortable too, and the synched waist tie is nice to add a little bit of a shape. I have been following Shabby Apple for a while, and I've always appreciated their clothing. The clothing is high quality, and so versatile. Make sure to check out their website for other cute dresses and skirts.

I've paired this dress with the cutest gold and cream striped headband from Notes & Knots, and gold sandals from Mindy Mae's Market. I've been wearing this Notes & Knots headband a lot because it goes with so many outfits, and it doesn't squeeze my head like a lot of other headbands do. I added this backpack to my outfit that I found on Jane because it has become one of my favorite bags! I wore it every park day while we were in Florida. It is so nice and functional, and it makes for free hands when you need to buy yourself a churro or drink ;) Backpacks have become so popular, and so I'm glad I was able to snatch one up!

I hope you guys have a great rest of your week! Mine is going to be spent working and doing laundry. Hopefully I can finish catching up from my long vacation. Even though it's nice to be back and in my normal routine, I do miss being with my husband 24/7. xox

Nursery Pinspiration

I've been kind of at a standstill with my nursery while we wait for some things to arrive so I thought I would share some of the sites that I've been gathering my inspiration from. I love the more neutral, natural, woodsy feel of the rooms and style boards above and that style is exactly what I'm trying to go for in our little guys room. I love the different types of texture in the wood and feathers so I'm working on recreating my own wall decor to add those different textures into his room. I'm so excited to start putting things up and pulling it together and sometimes I just go sit in there and imagine how it's going to be in a few short months when he's here. It's still so crazy to me how quickly life changes but we are so excited for all of the new experiences ahead of us!

I hope you have a great Tuesday! Thanks for stopping by!
